Narcissus 'Sun Disc'

The sweetly scented, 1″ flowers of Narcissus 'Sun Disc' are buttercup yellow with a darker yellow cup that lies nearly flat against the perianth, producing the disc in the name. The effect is of a great many sunny faces smiling up at you. 'Sun Disc' is a Jonquilla variety and won the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit. Very late.

Jonquilla Daffodils like hot, baking summer sun and are well adapted to growing in the Deep South. They also thrive in cooler parts of the country. These Daffodils naturalize well, creating beautiful sweeps of color. Each stem holds several small, fragrant flowers. Narrow, dark green leaves.
