Cardinal Decorative Metal Silhouette

The red male cardinal was the model for this decorative metal ornament, which captures the silhouette of the bird perched on the branch of a Pine tree. The ornament is crafted from steel that develops a patina over time. The flat silhouette includes a spike. Hammer it gently into a fence post, mature tree or garden shed. Take care to choose a spot with a bit of open sky behind it, the better to show off the bird’s contours.
